Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and PAGEBLOC ("PAGEBLOC", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of our website builder, marketing site, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@pagebloc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The Service

PAGEBLOC lets you build multi-page websites, link-in-bio pages, portfolios, and landing pages, collect form submissions, use AI copywriting tools, connect custom domains, and publish your sites on our hosting. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Plans, billing, and renewals

• Free plan: available at no cost, subject to the limits described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans: billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe.
• Automatic renewal: paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
• Price changes: we may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
• Taxes: prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

4. 14-day money-back guarantee and cancellation

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of a paid plan. If you are not satisfied, contact support@pagebloc.com within 14 days of that purchase and we will refund your most recent payment. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not cover third-party charges such as domain registration fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Except for the 14-day guarantee above, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. Where mandatory consumer law (for example, in the EU or UK) grants you additional withdrawal or refund rights, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain all ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish with the Service ("Your Content"). You grant PAGEBLOC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, to publish your site and serve it to visitors). You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it, including any images, fonts, and text.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Publish malware, phishing pages, spam, or deceptive or fraudulent content.
• Host content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvent usage limits or security.
• Resell or white-label the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and we may remove content that breaches these Terms or the law.

7. Custom domains and third-party services

You may connect a custom domain you own. You are responsible for registering and renewing your domain with your registrar; domain fees are not part of your PAGEBLOC subscription. The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe and our AI provider, whose own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

8. AI features

AI-generated suggestions are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and third-party rights. Usage of AI features is subject to the limits of your plan.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, and trademarks, is owned by PAGEBLOC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or software except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your published sites may be taken offline. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAGEBLOC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PAGEBLOC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at PAGEBLOC's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first — please contact us before pursuing formal action.
